Trainer info (NEEDED)

If you make a trainer in Cheat Engine , When people download it how would it lock onto the value? Or is it automatic? Like if im playing escapists and do a money trainer, if somebody downloads it how will it go from my value to theirs? Cause each time you run a game the values change.
