You don't need a cheat for unlimited staff. On Steam, right click the game, then go to Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files In the new window go to: ProjectHospital_Data\StreamingAssets\Database Scroll down and look for Tweakables.xml. Open it with Notepad or any other text editor...

+1 Only thing I can think of would be staff needs, the rest can be obtained via Cheat Engine or save game editing.

Wonder if it'd be easier to make the in-game infinite health cheat last forever instead of 5 minutes? I greatly appreciate the time consuming (and probably tedious) work done on this and other trainers. Keep up the good work! ^_^

The infinite health seemed to work with Franklin, but when I swapped to Michael it stopped working. The infinite stamina also stopped working. Also, strangely, when I swapped to Michael there was a small chunk of health missing despite him not getting hit from anything.

Biggest thing for me would be invincibility for your soldiers. It's pretty fun until you have to deal with rebels and a bunch of them run around with instant-kill RPG's with perfect aim. It's even "better" inside a building if one of them runs in and basically suicide bombs you.

Two things. First, the latest trainer still works fine for the most part, it's just a little finicky is all with the current game version. I always try to save near a station I can dock at when I shut it down. When I start the game, I start the trainer on the main menu, load my save, alt-tab...
