Welp, It was working earlier today but now it loads but then freezes. Tried re installing it v12, It may need an update since there was a minor patch.

Try to switch off in health then switch it back on right before the fight. If that doesn't work then do it during the fight (That's what fixed it for me in a similar situation). Now if both of those don't work then you should try and save the game then close it restart the trainner then restart...

Thanks for another wonderful trainer :). Works fine on offline windows 10, and on some non vac servers. I was able to use infin ammo. I would activate it after firing a few bullets then deactivate it near the end of the round, then reactivate it on the next round after the trader.
